Unfortunately spanish property has been in a state of boom and prices have soared. Just this past month there have been signs of relief as asking prices finally started to deflate up to 5%.
Now is definitely not the time to buy property in Spain as the market is expected to continue to drop, if not plunge, sending the spanish economy in a tailspin and property prices with them.
